Possess 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project completion.

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a professional certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent qualification.

Able to speak in English and Mandarin

Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketchup or relavant 3D softwares.

Good attitude with a strong willingness to learn and improve.

Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Must have AI skills and be able to effectively use AI tools to support and enhance interior design work.

Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects, based on client briefs and brand identity.

Translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD and other relevant software.

Create compelling 3D models and realistic renderings using SketchUp,3D Max or similar 3D software to effectively communicate design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, considering aesthetics, functionality, budget, and sustainability.

Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final site implementation.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery within established parameters.

Stay abreast of the latest interior design trends, technologies, and building codes, and integrate AI tools and methodologies to enhance the design process and outcomes.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Willing to learn and adopt new AI design tools and technologies, and workflows to improve design efficiency, creativity, and overall project quality.
