Job Overview

We are looking for friendly and professional Receptionists to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service. The role involves welcoming customers, managing reservations and enquiries, coordinating with the Operations team, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Salary will be determined based on relevant experience, communication skills, and overall suitability for the position.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Pleasant personality, well-groomed with a professional appearance.

• Able to communicate confidently with customers and handle enquiries professionally.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiar with Microsoft Office.

• Able to work independently and handle front desk duties responsibly.

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Candidates with receptionist, customer service, hospitality, F&B, retail, or KTV experience will be given preference.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred due to the need to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers. Candidates should also be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Handle customer enquiries, reservations, and walk-in guests.

• Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries.

• Coordinate with the Operations team regarding room availability and customer requests.

• Maintain accurate customer and reservation records.

• Ensure the reception and front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.

• Assist with other front desk and administrative duties as assigned by management.

• Able to work according to the assigned shift:

1. Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

2. Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
