About the Role

The Product Manager, Cardiovascular (Novartis Portfolio) leads the strategic planning, execution, and performance management of the assigned Novartis Cardiovascular portfolio within DKSH's Healthcare business. This role drives sustainable business growth through effective brand strategy, customer engagement, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration, while ensuring full compliance with pharmaceutical and industry regulations.

What You Will Deliver

• Develop and execute annual brand plans, strategic initiatives, and tactical programs for the assigned Cardiovascular portfolio, driving brand growth and market share through customer-centric marketing strategies and omnichannel engagement
• Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, lifecycle management, and new indication launches, ensuring alignment with Novartis strategic priorities and DKSH business objectives
• Monitor and analyze brand performance, competitive dynamics, and market developments to recommend and implement timely strategic actions
• Lead launch excellence initiatives for new products, line extensions, and indication expansions
• Manage sales performance of assigned brands against targets, monitoring sales trends, market share, and profitability indicators
• Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and business reviews with cross-functional stakeholders
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources and tracking return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities to recommend optimization initiatives
• Develop engagement plans for healthcare professionals, pharmacists, specialists, and key stakeholders, and execute educational events, symposiums, webinars, advisory boards, and promotional activities
• Partner with Medical Affairs to ensure scientific content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with customer needs
• Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and customer groups to strengthen brand advocacy and market presence
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify market opportunities and generate insights that optimize positioning, messaging, and customer targeting
• Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, and principals to coordinate product launches and campaigns, ensuring all promotional activities comply with company and industry regulations
• Lead assigned portfolio projects and initiatives with full ownership and accountability for business outcomes
• Provide coaching and guidance to Assistant Product Managers or junior team members where applicable, contributing to capability development and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 5 to 8 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience; experience managing prescription pharmaceutical brands is preferred
• Proven track record in brand management and successful marketing execution
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into impactful commercial initiatives
• Solid market analysis capabilities with experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
• Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work productively across cross-functional teams and with external principals
