Role Description:

The Manager, Customer Strategy and Transformation (CS&T) role is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

This role is responsible for:

1. Assisting Head of CS&T to craft strategies to strengthen the position of HLA360 as a leading insurance customer service platform
2. Leading business-side designs and requirement documentations for HLA360 change requests 
3. Leading and run User Acceptance Testing and ensure thorough and proper testing is completed
4. Overseeing incident management to ensure quality and timely resolutions
5. Driving change management to increase adoption and proficiency in usage across customers and agents Ensuring HLA360 complies with regulatory, security, and internal audit requirements; work with relevant parties to address issues found
6. Working with Risk to identify and mitigate operational, cyber, and data risks
7. Generating timely reports to management, highlighting areas requiring decision/attention and providing recommendations
8. Any other duties as required by the Management.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• At least 5 years in Insurance industry and over 10 years total working experience
• Experience in a business analyst role within the Insurance industry is highly desired
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop insight-driven customer strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present recommendations, and manage change initiatives effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple cross-functional projects, and drive continuous improvement in both user interface and user experience.
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping, process reengineering, and digital transformation tools or methodologies is beneficial.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Technology, Actuarial, Marketing, or a related field
