Kelayakan

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.

  • Proficient in CapCut, Canva, and social media platforms.

  • Strong video shooting, editing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.

  • Creative, trend-aware, and able to develop engaging social media content.

  • Familiar with AI tools and social media analytics.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Willing to appear on camera and participate in content production.

  • Property/real estate industry experience is an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

  1. Plan Creative marketing & content ideas for property projects.

  2. Develop project IP & agent/personal branding content.

  3. Plan, shoot and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook & YouTube shorts.

  4. Create project walkthroughs, talking-head videos. lifestyle content & trending videos.

  5. Write engaging hooks, scripts, and captions.

  6. Manage project social media content calendars.

  7. Keep up with current social media trends and turn them into property content.

  8. Work closely with the Project & Sales teams on campaigns and launches.

  9. Use AI tools, CapCut, Canva and other digital tools to improve content creation.

  10. Track content performance and continuously improve engagement & leads.
