Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Able to work under pressure and independently

Possess own transport and willing to travel

Good communication and coordination skills

Prepare cost estimates and cost planning

Prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documents

Perform cost reporting and track ongoing projects

Attend client, consultant and site meetings

Perform site valuation for interim payments and final accounts

Check and evaluate subcontractors’ progress claims and suppliers’ bills

Coordinate with the site project team on variation orders, extension of time and project cost control
