Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in any relevant field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Willing to travel to project sites and conduct site inspections/site recce when required.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to coordinate effectively with contractors, workers, consultants, and project teams.

Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Experience in electrical works / electrical projects will be an added advantage.

Coordinate and support daily project activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Liaise with contractors, workers, consultants, and internal project teams.

Assist in coordinating project schedules, manpower, materials, and site activities.

Conduct site inspections and site recce when required.

Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks and issues.

Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, and records.

Assist with project meetings, follow-ups, and coordination with relevant parties.

Ensure project-related tasks and deadlines are properly followed up.

Perform other project and administrative duties assigned by Management.
