About the Role

Support practical people operations as Neural Career Network grows its distributed project and contract workforce. Work may include onboarding, documentation, policies, contractor coordination, performance processes and team support.

As a HR & People Operations Specialist, you may contribute to different areas of the Neural Career Network ecosystem depending on your experience, interests and the requirements of upcoming projects. Specific responsibilities, scope, deliverables, duration and engagement terms will be communicated when a suitable opportunity becomes available.

What You May Work On

• Support contractor and team-member onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain organised people records, policies and operational processes.
• Coordinate agreements, availability, role information and internal communications.
• Help improve remote-working, feedback and performance processes.
• Support a professional, respectful and organised team environment.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in HR, people operations, administration or employee support.
• Strong organisation, discretion and communication skills.
• Ability to work with policies, records and repeatable processes.
• Comfort supporting distributed or remote teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional, responsible approach to commitments and deadlines.
