Role Description

Oversee hotel operations to deliver excellent guest experiences, efficient service, and strong financial performance. Lead department heads and staff, maintain service standards, and coordinate resources to support occupancy, revenue, and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve escalated complaints.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee budgets, operating costs, and financial results.
• Coordinate with sales and revenue teams on occupancy and pricing strategies.
• Maintain service quality, property condition, and safety standards.
• Manage supplier relationships and implement operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in hospitality management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Substantial hotel operations experience, including management responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, guest service, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of hotel budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.
• Familiarity with property management systems and operational reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to operational emergencies.
