Travel Consultant

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of travel planning, airline reservations, hotel bookings, travel documentation, and visa application processes. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end travel solutions while ensuring a high level of services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize the travel requirements, preferences, budgets, and schedules for directors and employees.
• Flight and hotel reservations: research and recommend suitable travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transportation and activities.
• Provide accurate information on travel requirements, visa regulations, passport requirements, and entry conditions.
• Keep learning about latest industry trends
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, visa centres, embassies/consulates, and other travel service providers when required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions and documentation are properly recorded.
• Provide administrative support works

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in in Business Administration, travel and tourism, or similar relevant fields with at least 5 years’ experience in the travel industry
• Able to standby for travel changes including weekends as when is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant travel-related software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,800.00 per month
