1) E-Commerce Campaign Management
Plan and execute monthly marketplace campaigns (e.g., Payday, 6.6, 7.7, Mega Sale).
Coordinate promotional activities, vouchers, bundles, and flash sales.
Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis.
Ensure all campaign assets and product listings are updated before campaign launches.
2) Affiliate Marketing Management
Recruit and onboard suitable affiliates and content creators.
Coordinate product seeding and sample distribution.
Monitor affiliate sales performance, GMV, and ROI.
Develop commission structures and incentive programs.
Maintain relationships with top-performing affiliates.
3) Live Commerce Marketing
Plan live streaming campaigns and promotional mechanics.
Coordinate with Live Hosts and Live Operations team.
Monitor live performance metrics including:
GMV
Viewership
Engagement Rate
Conversion Rate
Propose strategies to improve live sales performance.
4) Content & Promotional Planning
Develop monthly marketing calendars.
Coordinate promotional banners, videos, and campaign creatives with the social media team.
Ensure marketing content aligns with brand guidelines.
Identify trending content opportunities on social commerce platforms.
5) Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
Generate monthly performance reports.
Track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to management.
6) Cross-Department Coordination
Work closely with:
Social Media Team
Warehouse Team
Ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
