Job Description

1. Support Business Development Managers (BDMs) and the Renewal Team in preparing credit proposals, renewal submissions, and customer documentation.
2. Assist in collecting, reviewing, and organizing financial information, management accounts, and supporting documents required for credit assessment.
3. Monitor facility renewal timelines and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely submissions and approvals.
4. Support portfolio management activities, including tracking post-disbursement conditions, covenant compliance, and outstanding documentation.
5. Assist in monitoring Watchlist (WL), Special Mention Accounts (SMA), and MFRS 9-related requirements through data gathering and reporting.
6. Prepare portfolio reports, management information, and performance tracking reports as required.
7. Coordinate customer enquiries and follow-up actions to ensure prompt service delivery and customer satisfaction.
8. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all assigned tasks.
9. Participate in customer meetings, portfolio reviews, and credit discussions to gain practical exposure to commercial banking operations.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
2. 2. Strong interest in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Credit Analysis, and Relationship Management.
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and business information.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
8. Demonstrates initiative, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced banking environment.
