The Role

Drive meaningful outcomes across high-profile AI and data projects:

• Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team of data scientists and AI specialists
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from scoping through to stakeholder engagement and final output
• Identify AI and data opportunities that create measurable value for clients
• Bring advanced ML, , actionable business recommendations

What We're Looking For

A technically strong leader who thrives in client-facing environments:

• At least 5 years' hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or AI
• Strong Python skills across key libraries, including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and NumPy
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models in production and managing data pipelines
• Knowledge of SQL and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Polished communication skills with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Maths, or a related discipline
• PhD in AI or ML is advantageous; consulting and LLM experience is a plus
