Key Responsibilities:

• Handle counter enquiries and provide professional customer service
• Perform accurate data entry and verification
• Verify passports and supporting documents
• Capture and process biometric information
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Follow established procedures for data handling, verification and security

Candidate Requirements:

• Currently residing in Singapore
• Recent graduates or candidates currently pursuing a Degree course in Singapore are welcome to apply
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Fast and accurate alphanumeric data entry with a minimum typing speed of 60 WPM
• Good knowledge of passport and document verification
• Ability to perform biometric data capture accurately
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional and customer-focused approach
