Position: Live Host
Salary: RM2,300 - RM2,400 + Commission
Working Days: Monday – Friday, Saturday
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Location: 1453, Mukim 4, Jalan Permatang Pauh, Permatang Pauh, 13500 Bukit Mertajam, Seberang Perai, Pulau Pinang

Job Description

RedRadar International is hiring on behalf of our client for a confident, energetic, and engaging Live Host.

This role is responsible for hosting live sessions on social media platforms such as TikTok and Facebook to promote products, engage audiences, and drive sales. The successful candidate will play an important role in presenting products professionally, answering customer questions, and creating an engaging live-shopping experience.

The ideal candidate is confident in front of the camera, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable interacting with audiences in real time.

Key Responsibilities

1) Host engaging and interactive live sessions on social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook) to promote and sell products.
2) Present products in a confident, friendly, and professional manner to attract and retain viewers.
3) Explain product details such as fabric, design, color, and styling tips during live sessions.
4) Interact with audiences in real time — answer questions, handle customer inquiries, and encourage purchases.
5) Collaborate with the marketing and content team to plan live schedules, promotions, and campaigns.
6) Ensure brand consistency and maintain a positive image throughout all live sessions.
7) Monitor live performance analytics and provide feedback to improve future sessions
8) Support posting and engagement activities on social media to boost traffic and visibility.
9) Assist in product preparation and stock arrangement before and after live sessions
