Job Description
Coordinate day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and site maintenance.
Ensure all team members are on schedule and tasks are delegated appropriately.
Serve as a liaison with clients and vendors, addressing concerns, managing service providers, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, programs, or special projects at the site, ensuring all logistical details are in place.
Monitor and manage the inventory of supplies, equipment, and resources at the site, ensuring everything is adequately stocked.
Job Requirements
Proficient in project management and architectural trades
Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Proven experience in site coordination, project management, or a similar role.
