Tanggungjawab
- Respond to client enquiries and RFQ emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit quotations based on client requirements.
- Follow up with clients on quotations, orders and pending enquiries.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and operations teams to confirm pricing, availability and delivery requirements.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, orders and client communications.
- Assist in monitoring ongoing enquiries and following up on potential business opportunities.
- Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and provide necessary information.
- Assist the Sales & Commercial team with daily sales and administrative activities.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with clients.
- Perform other duties related to sales and commercial operations as required.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
