Job Description
Assist in developing and implementing business development and sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Identify and follow up on new business opportunities.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients, contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and other industry stakeholders.
Prepare and enhance company presentations, commercial proposals, and other business development materials.
Coordinate internal discussions and follow up on tender projects and client requirements.
Work closely with internal teams and respond to client enquiries in a timely manner.
Organize and attend meetings with clients and other relevant parties when required.
Report to the Marketing Manager on business development activities and project opportunities.
Requirements
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, hardworking, and able to work well under pressure.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
Experience in the construction is preferred.
Candidates with experience in tendering, client relationship management, or business development will have an advantage.
Willing to travel when required.
