Requirements

• Experienced Sales/Marketing Executive min 2years in sales

• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good commercial acumen and relationship management (internal & external partners)

• Proficient spoken and written English (

• Direct sales responsibilities during outlet visits might be required depending on business requirement

• Able to travel to different location to cover allocated patch.

• Primarily focus on compliance and operational standards.

• Able to work in agile environments

• Familiarity with FMCG background highly encouraged

• [MUST] Possess own transport with valid driving license

• Minimum SPM qualification or experienced from related field.

• Deliver in-store activities that is superior to the competition through value-added outlet visit and effective cycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

1.In-store Audit:

a.Conduct an accurate analysis of several operational factors based on a checklist, including an audit of best practices to ensure stores are up to standard and tracking of pain points faced by stores.

2.Main audit components:

a.Point of Sales Material (POSM) – eg: Price strips, Price boards, etc.

b.Merchandising unit (type and size)

c.Planograming (product pack facing)

d.Out Of Stock (OOS) incident

e.Retail display ban (RDB) compliancy

3.In-store Execution:

a.Ensure first items entering an inventory are the first ones to leave (FIFO) when it comes time for shipping or sales, with the ultimate purpose of preventing waste of resources on old products and ensuring that customers receive the freshest stock possible

b.Assist to ensure audit component compliance in-store (planogramming, POSM siting, escalation of non-compliance items for action)

c.On-shelf stock weight education and enforcement (understanding store level run rates to ensure sufficient in-store and on-shelf stocks)

d.Ensure TCP and visitations schedules are met
