Support accounting, payroll, HR, and administrative functions to maintain accurate records and assist team operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting tasks to support financial record accuracy and reporting
• Assist in processing payroll to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
• Execute HR administrative duties to support employee management and compliance
• Organize and maintain employees’ course and training records for easy access and tracking
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to support operational needs
• Provide general administrative support to the team to facilitate smooth daily operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge to perform financial and administrative tasks
• Experience with information technology tools to enhance work efficiency
• Strong administrative and communication skills to support team coordination
