Job Summary / 职位概述

Responsible for ensuring all vegetarian food products meet company quality standards, food safety requirements, and regulatory compliance. This role covers both quality assurance (system, documentation, compliance) and quality control (inspection, testing, monitoring) across the production process.

负责确保所有素食产品符合公司质量标准、食品安全要求及相关法律法规。该岗位涵盖整个生产过程中的质量保证（QA：系统、文档、合规）与质量控制（QC：检验、测试、监控）。

Qualifications & Requirements / 任职要求

• Education / 学历要求：

  • Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Halal, or related field. 食品科学、食品科技、清真管理（Halal）或相关专业大专或本科学历。

• Experience / 工作经验：

  • Minimum 2–3 years in QA/QC within food manufacturing (preferably FMCG industry). 具备至少 2 至 3 年食品制造行业（快消品 FMCG 优先）的 QA/QC 工作经验。

• Technical Knowledge / 专业知识：

  • Strong understanding of FSSC, HACCP, GMP, HALAL, Malaysian food regulations, labeling requirements, allergen control, and cross-contamination prevention. 深入理解 FSSC、HACCP、GMP、HALAL 标准，熟悉马来西亚食品法规、标签要求、过敏原控制及交叉污染预防。

• Skills & Abilities / 技能与能力：

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead the QA/QC team. 具备较强的细节关注度、问题解决能力及带领 QA/QC 团队的能力。

• Software & Languages / 软件与语言：

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word) and AutoCount. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage. 熟练掌握 MS Office（Excel 与 Word）及 AutoCount 系统。精通英文和马来语，懂华语者优先考虑。

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

1. Inspection & Quality Checks / 检验与质量监控

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and finished goods inspections to ensure product quality and compliance. Record all findings onto check sheets. 执行原材料进货、生产过程及成品检验，确保产品质量与合规性；将所有检验结果记录于检查表。

1. Standards & Compliance / 标准与合规管理

• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to FSSC, HACCP, GMP, and HALAL standards. Perform routine quality checks, sampling, and testing. 监控生产流程，确保严格遵循 FSSC、HACCP、GMP 及清真（HALAL）标准；定期进行质量抽查、采样与测试。

1. Issue Resolution & Documentation / 问题处理与文档管理

• Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure proper documentation of quality records, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCR). 识别质量问题，进行根本原因分析（RCA），并实施纠正与预防措施；妥善记录和管理质量档案、检验报告及不合格报告（NCR）。

1. Production & Operations Support / 生产与现场支持

• Work closely with the production team to ensure compliance with specifications and SOPs. Verify hygiene, sanitation, and housekeeping practices in the production area. 与生产团队紧密合作，确保生产符合规格与标准作业程序（SOP）；监督生产区域的卫生、消毒及环境整洁（Housekeeping）。

1. Audits & Customer Service / 审计与客户服务

• Support internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections and certification audits. Assist in handling customer complaints and product recalls, including investigation and reporting. 配合内部及外部审计（包括监管部门检查和认证审计）；协助处理客户投诉与产品召回，包括调查与报告撰写。

1. Specialized Requirements / 素食专有与追踪要求

• Monitor product labelling, packaging, and traceability. Ensure all vegetarian/plant-based product claims and segregation requirements are maintained (e.g., cross-contamination prevention). 监督产品标签、包装及可追溯性要求；确保维护所有素食/植物基产品的标签声称与隔离要求（如防止交叉污染）。
