Job Purpose

To support and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring inbound, outbound, inventory and documentation processes are completed accurately and on time.

Duties and Responsibilities

·  Coordinate daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities.

·  Prepare, check and maintain receiving, delivery and collection documents.

·  Update WMS and inventory records accurately and promptly.

·  Liaise with customers, transporters, drivers and internal warehouse teams.

·  Monitor shipment, collection and delivery status.

·  Support stock counts, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.

·  Report stock discrepancies, damages or operational issues to the supervisor.

·  Maintain proper filing of warehouse and customer documentation.

·  Prepare basic operational and inventory reports when required.

·  Ensure warehouse activities follow company procedures, safety and customer requirements.

·  Perform other warehouse administrative and operational duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

·  GCE 'A' Level /Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field preferred.

·  1-3 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

·  Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.

·  Familiar with WMS and Microsoft Office.

·  Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.

·  Responsible, organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.

·  Willing to support overtime when operationally required.

Working Condition

·       Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

·       Alternate Saturday: 8.30 am to 12.30 pm

·       Warehouse-based role involving regular coordination with warehouse operators, drivers, transporters and customers.
