Able to cooperate effectively with therapists and other team members

Willing to learn about scalp care, treatment procedures and product knowledge

Prior experience in sales, beauty, wellness, hair care or customer service is an advantage

Able to work six days per week, including weekends and public holidays, with one rest day per week

Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable scalp care treatments, packages and products

Present treatment solutions and handle customer concerns or objections professionally

Follow up with customers and build long-term customer relationships

Achieve individual and outlet sales targets

Provide professional customer service and consultation

Work closely with therapists and other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience

Keep updated on scalp care treatments and product knowledge
