Role Description The Senior Financial Planning Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the design and execution of financial planning strategies that support Insight Genesis’s mission and user offerings. In this role, the manager develops and refines financial models, evaluates investment opportunities, and ensures that financial recommendations on the platform align with regulatory, risk, and performance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-depth financial and market analysis, collaborating with product and data science teams to embed robust financial logic into AI-driven tools, and translating complex financial concepts into accessible guidance for users. The role also involves mentoring team members, contributing to sales enablement materials, and engaging with partners or clients to support adoption of Insight Genesis’s financial solutions.

• Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow analysis.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience with data-driven decision-making and financial modeling.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Investments, portfolio construction, and risk management principles.
• Candidates should possess Sales and stakeholder management skills to support client-facing discussions and solution adoption.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced credentials (e.g., CFP, CFA, MBA) are an advantage.
• Experience in digital platforms, fintech, or AI-driven financial products, with familiarity with emerging or unbanked markets preferred.
• Strong communication skills, ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly, and comfort working in a fully remote, cross-functional environment.
• Proven track record in senior financial planning or advisory roles, demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, and ethical decision-making.
