About the job :
Assist in preparation of technical submissions for tender and tender prequalification exercises.
Review tender documents and summarize critical information.
Review tender documents and summarize critical information.
Prepare all documentation including method statements and other submissions.
Compile and prepare tender queries and response to tender queries.
Analyze tender documents, formulate requirements and demands, signal risks and opportunities and select in- and external partners in consultation with management.
Contribute to and/or manage the planning of people (e.g. supporting departments and external partners) and equipment and ensure optimization of the project program during the tender and execution phases.
Draft method statements and execute, monitor and follow-up production and/or cost calculations.
Prepare and monitor tender progress.
Coordinate with tender team/consultants/various government agencies/authorities to obtain necessary information to facilitate for tender submission.
Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes during tender stage.
Prepare and carry out tender presentation.
Monitor market for upcoming tenders and to obtain information.
