Able to speak and understand Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Ability to understand Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Must be able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Basic computer skills and good typing skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

The QC Trainee / QC Staff is responsible for field inspections to ensure estate team are carried out according to standards and procedures (manuring, harvesting, crop quality grading, black bunch census, check pruning standard, check road and bridge condition).

The role involves identifying field issues, recording findings, preparing reports, and following up on corrective actions.
