Proven experience in social media content creation, video editing, digital content, or a related field.

Experience creating content for social media platforms such as RedNote (XHS), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or other similar editing tools.

Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design software is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, composition, and filming techniques is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement.

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Willing to participate in photo/video shoots and on-site content production when required.

A portfolio or examples of previous social media/video content is highly preferred.

Good command of Mandarin and English,additional languages are an advantage.

Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, RedNote (XHS), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Plan, develop, and create engaging and creative content that aligns with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.

Develop and maintain content calendars and schedule social media posts.

Create content for marketing campaigns, promotions, events, new product launches, and company activities.

Conduct photo and video shoots for social media and marketing content.

Organize, review, and manage raw video, photo, and audio assets.

Perform rough and fine cuts to assemble footage into engaging and cohesive narratives.

Structure sequences and adjust pacing according to scripts, storyboards, or creative direction.

Edit short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, Facebook, RedNote (XHS), YouTube Shorts, and other social media channels.

Write engaging captions, headlines, and basic social media copy.

Monitor social media content performance, analyze engagement, and suggest improvements.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, emerging content formats, and platform features.

Suggest creative concepts and contribute ideas to continuously improve the company’s visual style and online presence.

Work closely with the Marketing, Creative, Operations, and other relevant teams to support branding and marketing campaigns.

Work closely with directors, social media, marketing, and creative teams to understand creative direction and deliver content according to requirements.

Incorporate feedback and execute revisions efficiently while meeting project deadlines.

Ensure all content is produced and delivered according to the required quality, brand guidelines, and deadlines.
