Job Description
- Financial Support: Assist the Finance team with daily activities across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), and the General Ledger (GL).
- Invoice Processing: Verify affiliate details and validate AP invoices, as well as confirm customer billing details and issue AR invoices in a timely manner.
- Data Management: Assist with financial research, data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate, complete financial records.
- Reporting & Accuracy: Ensure high accuracy and timely completion of all assigned tasks and financial reports.
- Audit Assistance: Gather documentation and evidence to support both internal and external audit requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Actively support the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks and assignments as requested by supervisors.
- Penultimate or Final Year student of Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and highly adaptable with a good attitude
- Basic accounting knowledge and willing to work with data entry tasks
- Good and approachable interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Minimum 3 months internship
