Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Security Officer cum Driver to join our team at Ascott Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, associates and property assets, while providing safe and reliable transportation services as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular security patrols and monitor CCTV, fire alarm systems and access points to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Monitor and control the movement of visitors, contractors, vehicles and deliveries entering and leaving the property.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies and alarm activations, and maintain accurate incident reports and daily logbooks.
• Assist with traffic control and ensure smooth vehicle movement around the property entrance and car park.
• Welcome arriving guests and assist with luggage handling, storage and tagging.
• Provide safe and reliable transportation services for guests, associates and management as assigned.
• Ensure the residence shuttle is clean, presentable, properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate vehicle usage records and comply with all road traffic regulations.
• Assist with the delivery and collection of documents, parcels and urgent purchases when required.
• Support daily security operations during non-driving periods and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in security, driving or hospitality is an added advantage.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D/DA) with a good driving record.
• Familiar with roads and routes within Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures, emergency response and workplace safety.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Responsible, punctual, physically fit and customer-service oriented.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
