At least 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry and 5-6 years as a Construction Project Manager (Main Contractor).

Able to speak, communicate, read and write English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to travel and relocate.

A diploma or degree certification will be an advantage.

Project planning and management, including establish project execution plan, schedule, milestones, deliverables, priorities, etc.

Oversee daily site activities and site operations.

Monitor closely the project progress and productivity, and ensure it follows the approved programme and timelines.

Coordinate and manage the manpower, machineries, materials, etc.

Coordinate, communicate and liaise among contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers, etc.

Resolve site issues/conflicts, technical problems, construction delays, etc.

Ensure the works are carried out according to the approved drawings and specifications, and complied with the required standards.

Attend all project/site meetings, review all project reports and follow-up with the outstanding issues.

Other works/duties which assigned and required by the Management.
