Job Description

• Assist L&D Executive in managing and coordinating the training and staff engagement activities.
• Assist in ensuring timely and accurate completion of relevant staff letters, payroll, reimbursements, staff insurance claims and HR reports such as statutory and month end reporting.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely updates of staff movement
• Advocate and educate staff in good practices of HR and Company rules, policies and procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks such as upkeep of staff records in HRMS and physical files
• Assist in HR projects as required.

Requirement:

• Enjoy working with people and possess excellent communication skills, relations building skills and positive mindset.
• A team player who is a fast learner, resourceful, independent, has an eye for details, numerical and highly adaptable to fast changing environments.
• Good computer skills in Office 365, Ms Excel and Ms Words.
