We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager – Warehousing to oversee its Singapore warehouse operations and drive operational excellence across its logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in Singapore, primarily based in Changi, ensuring efficient inventory management and warehouse movements.
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers, monitoring operational performance, service levels, contractual compliance and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, productivity and operational efficiency.
• Manage SAP warehouse workflows, inventory reporting and financial reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Free Trade Zone (FTZ), customs, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and other business functions.
• Support occasional regional logistics activities, primarily in Malaysia and Hong Kong.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain management, including 6+ years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Strong experience managing warehouse operations, inventory movements and outsourced 3PL providers.
• SAP experience is mandatory, ideally involving inventory and warehouse management processes.
• Familiarity with Singapore Free Trade Zone (FTZ), bonded warehousing and customs requirements.
• Experience within semiconductor, electronics or advanced manufacturing environments is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience working for a manufacturer or shipper, overseeing outsourced warehouse operations, is strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities.
