Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cashier operations to ensure smooth and efficient checkout services.
• Monitor cashier performance and ensure all transactions are processed accurately in accordance with company procedures.
• Guide, train and support cashier staff on operational procedures, customer service and cash handling.
• Monitor cashier queues and ensure prompt service to minimise customer waiting time.
• Perform cash float preparation, cash collection, cash balancing and verification of cashier transactions.
• Ensure all cash discrepancies, payment errors and operational issues are reported to Management promptly.
• Handle customer complaints, enquiries and payment-related issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, security requirements and operational standards.
• Monitor the cleanliness, tidiness and readiness of all cashier counters and checkout areas.
• Conduct cashier opening and closing procedures and ensure proper handover of cash and related documents.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve pricing discrepancies, promotion issues and other operational matters.
• Monitor cashier attendance, discipline and work performance, and report any concerns to Management.
• Prepare and maintain cashier reports, cash reconciliation records and other relevant documentation.

Working Days

• 6 days per week

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
