About The Wolfpack

The Wolfpack operates across content, community, consumer brands, events and experiences. From The Meatmen and OVER, to large-scale festivals, sporting events and brand activations, we create content that connects with audiences both online and offline.

We're looking for a creative, hands-on Content Producer (Photo & Video) to help bring our brands, events and communities to life through compelling visual storytelling.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being behind the camera, behind the edit and occasionally in the middle of the action. You'll be involved in everything from content shoots and event coverage to photography, videography and post-production.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit photo and video content across The Wolfpack ecosystem.
• Capture content for social media, digital campaigns, events, activations and brand collaborations.
• Produce short-form content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook.
• Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, events and branded content.
• Capture high-quality photography for social, marketing, editorial and promotional use.
• Cover events, festivals, activations and community experiences on-site.
• Work closely with content creators, designers, social media and partnerships teams to execute content concepts.
• Assist with content planning, storyboarding and creative ideation.
• Manage and organise photo, video and production assets.
• Stay up-to-date with content, editing and platform trends.

Who We're Looking For

• Passionate about photography, videography and digital storytelling.
• Comfortable operating cameras, audio equipment and basic lighting setups.
• Strong editing and post-production skills.
• A good eye for composition, visual storytelling and content that performs on social media.
• Able to balance creativity with efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful, proactive and willing to get hands-on when required.
• Comfortable working at events, festivals and outdoor productions, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Fresh graduates and early-career professionals with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply..
