Quality Executive (QA/QC) –Facilities Management Centre

Key Responsibilities

·      Support overall Quality Management (QA/QC)initiatives for designated facilities management programs.

·      Conduct regular scheduled quality audits on completed facility works, maintenance activities, and services across various sites.

·      Prepare, compile, and submit detailed QA/QC audit reports based on site findings, observations, and relevant documentation.

·      Track, monitor, and enforce the timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

·      Proactively highlight major quality risks, red flags, operational gaps, and systemic issues to management.

·      Support external and third-party audits in strict compliance with contract terms and quality frameworks.

·      Work closely with and report directly to the QA Manager on all quality-related matters, status tracking, and compliance metrics.

Requirements &Qualifications

·      Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Workplace Safety &Health (WSH), or equivalent.

·      Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Building/Engineering Services, Quality Management Systems (QMS / ISO), or WSH practices.

·      Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome and encouraged to apply.

·      Strong attention to detail, good report-writing capabilities, proactive problem-solving skills, and a firm grasp of audit and CAPA workflows.
