Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Admin Executive to bridge the gap between our online marketing campaigns and daily business operations. You will support online campaign setup, coordinate with influencers/affiliates, track e-commerce order workflows, maintain store inventory metrics, and handle administrative reporting for the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Support:

• Assist in managing social media pages, e-commerce storefronts (Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Online Website & TikTok) and online campaign schedule.
• Monitor incoming customer inquiries, comments and DMs across social media platforms to ensure active engagement.
• Help pull data reports on digital marketing performance, campaign conversions and ad performance metrics.

Administrative & Operations Support:

• Manage e-commerce store backend updates (product listings, pricing updates, voucher creation, promotional banners).
• Track stock inventory levels for campaign launches and coordinate product dispatch with the fulfillment/logistics
• Organize marketing documentation, invoice processing, creator agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing operational reports for management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and e-commerce seller centers (Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Online Website & TikTok).
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
• Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: RM300.00 - RM600.00 per month
