Job Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination

• Post job advertisements on various career portals to support recruitment activities.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Collect and verify application documents to ensure all required information is complete.
• Prepare and collate offer packages for successful candidates.

Onboarding Support

• Arrange IT system access and access passes for new hires.
• Prepare welcome packs and coordinate reporting arrangements with relevant departments.
• Set up personnel files and create employee profiles in the HR system.
• Update HR records and systems accurately for new joiners.

Employee Offboarding

• Draft relevant correspondence for employees leaving the organisation.
• Coordinate exit interviews with HR Business Partners.
• Update HR systems and maintain accurate records of employee departures.

Other Duties

• Provide administrative support for HR operations and assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in any discipline.
• Prior HR experience, particularly in interview coordination and scheduling, would be an advantage.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced HR environment.
