About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales and marketing leader to drive property launches, project positioning and sales performance. You will lead internal teams and agency partners, reporting to the Managing Director.

Appointment at Senior Manager or Director level will depend on experience and Management assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve approved sales and conversion targets.

• Lead project positioning, pricing recommendations, launch campaigns and digital lead generation.

• Manage the sales pipeline from enquiries and bookings through to SPA conversion, addressing financing and cancellation issues.

• Lead and coach the sales and marketing team, and manage agency performance.

• Oversee budgets, campaign effectiveness, sales forecasts and management reporting.

• Work with internal departments, bankers, lawyers and external partners to support launch readiness and sales conversion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

• Proven property development experience, with a strong track record in project launches, sales delivery and agency management.

• Senior Manager: approximately 8 years of relevant experience, with substantial project and people leadership experience.

• Director: approximately 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.

• Strong understanding of the Malaysian property market, pricing and buyer financing processes.

• Strong commercial judgment, leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Experience with integrated or multi-phase developments is an advantage.
