Tanggungjawab

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions on IBM FileNet P8 (Content Engine, Process Engine, Case Manager, Content Navigator).
  • Build and maintain custom workflows, business rules, and document lifecycle processes within FileNet.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful microservices in Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks) to expose FileNet capabilities to other enterprise systems.
  • Participate in end-to-end SDLC activities: requirements analysis, technical design, coding, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, integration, and configuration issues across FileNet environments.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver scalable and secure ECM solutions.
  • Support upgrades, migrations, and patching of FileNet components.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in software development and IBM Filenet P8.
  • Proven hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8 (Content Engine, Process Engine, Content Navigator, Case Manager)
  • Strong programming skills in Java (Core Java, J2EE)
  • Experience developing and deploying microservices (Spring Boot, REST APIs, containerization concepts such as Docker/Kubernetes a plus)
  • Solid working knowledge of relational databases — IBM DB2, Oracle and PostgreSQL (SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)
  • Experience with FileNet APIs (CEWS, CFS, Java API/CE API) and Content Engine object model
  • Familiarity with application servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, or similar)
  • Understanding of ECM concepts: document lifecycle, records management, workflow/BPM
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional, agile teams
  • Knowledge of modern cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.

Employment Details:

  • Salary: Up to RM13,300 per month
  • Contract Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position
  • Location: Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Kuala Lumpur
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,300.00 per month
