Kerja Sepenuh Masa Ward Clerk, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Tropicana Medical Centre Selangor - Maukerja

1. Responsible in documenting admissions, discharges, transfer in/out of ward and inter-hospital.

2. Assist in calling for concierge if required for transportation of patients to various departments, i.e for X-ray/OT/angiograph, invasive or non-invasive procedures.

3. Responsible to enter into SRIT system for all procedures and charges of all consumable items used as per the charge sheet done by employees.

4. Assist in ordering diet for all patients under supervision from S/N in charge

5. Assist in ordering diet for patient’s relatives if required.

6. Liaise and inform maintenance / bio-medical / engineering department of work orders that needs to be carried out.

7. Answer telephone calls and take messages whenever required and handle general enquiries.

9. File patient’s case notes as per SOP and dispatch to Medical Record

10. Document and Update patient’s log book (Register Book)

11. Maintain strict confidentiality in the handling of patient’s Records.

12. Responsible to document and prepare monthly departmental census.

13. Responsible to indent stationery and surgical items as required for Ward use.

14. Responsible for inventory of stationary and surgical items.

15. Assist in receiving and documenting of items from surgical store and report to Nurse Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager/Registered Nurse.

16. Attend relevant courses/lectures for improvement in job performance

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

• STM/STPM (Preferred)
