Job Summary

Join Outdoor Venture as an E-Commerce Associate to manage daily online store operations, process orders, update product listings, and support sales campaigns across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of online stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify to ensure smooth e-commerce performance
  • Process and monitor online orders to guarantee timely fulfillment and delivery to customers
  • Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, prices, and stock availability
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries, returns, and exchanges
  • Assist in planning and executing online promotions, campaigns, and sales events to drive sales growth
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate inventory information
  • Track online sales data and prepare basic sales and performance reports for management review
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support seamless e-commerce operations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Interest in e-commerce, online retail, and digital marketplaces
  • Experience using Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to manage data and reports
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with customers and internal teams
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Positive attitude, responsible work ethic, and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
