Our client, a global leader in investment management and technology, is seeking passionate and service-oriented individuals to join their dynamic corporate hospitality team.
Job Description:
Provide professional table and event service during internal and client events
Set up and clear meeting rooms, ensuring a polished and welcoming environment
Assist with event logistics and coordination with pantry and catering teams
Maintain service standards aligned with corporate hospitality expectations
Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by Facility Management Team
Manage and support all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes
Prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stationss with appropriate food and beverages as requested by client
Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of service areas
Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas of the Meeting Rooms and Event Areas
Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE "O" level and above
Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B / Corporate Event
Great Team player
Warmth and graciousness with the ability to function in a busy environment
Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
