Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)

* 1–3 years of experience is required (We welcome applications from fresh graduates)

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Solid understanding of financial principles and high sensitivity to data, with strong analytical skills.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other standard office applications.

1. Account receivables: Perform ticketing, generate consignment sales invoices and issue official receipt.

2. Account payables: Key in AP invoices, perform matching and prepare payment voucher.

3. Prepare stock take report of consignment counters and retail outlets.

4. Prepare full set account and reconciliation schedules, including accrual, banks, inter-company, AR/ AP, fixed assets and prepayments.

5. Perform admin or ad-hoc duties as assigned.
