We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Executive to manage and maintain our workplace environment in Singapore. The ideal candidate will ensure our facilities are safe, efficient, and conducive to productivity while coordinating daily operations and maintenance activities.

What You'll Do:
Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance
Coordinate repair and preventive maintenance tasks
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment

What We're Looking For:
Experience in facility management or related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
