Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen team.

Serve food and beverages promptly according to the restaurant’s service standards.

Ensure tables are properly arranged, clean, and ready for customers.

Check on customers during their meals and respond promptly to requests or concerns.

Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.

Assist with clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness.

Support the team during busy service periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Follow hygiene, food safety, and customer service procedures at all times.

Assist with basic cashier or payment duties when required.

Perform other service-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
