Our client is an established marine fuel supplier in Singapore’s bunkering and shipping sector. They’re looking for a hands-on Accountant to run the full set of accounts and help set up processes for their tax incentive programme.

What You’ll Do

• Run the full set of accounts end to end in the company’s ERP system
• Prepare monthly closing reports and management accounts
• Prepare audit schedules and work with external auditors
• Prepare and file GST returns
• Support tax computation and analysis
• Help set up and roll out processes for MSI-AIS or GTP compliance
• Check that transactions are posted to the correct revenue and cost centres

Core Key Skills

• At least 3 years of full-set accounting experience
• Hands-on MSI-AIS or GTP experience covering setup, implementation and audit
• Good working knowledge of Singapore GST reporting
• Experience preparing monthly closing and audit schedules
• Experience with tax computation
• Familiarity with cost centre and revenue centre accounting
• Works independently and copes well in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Background in shipping, bunkering or commodity trading
