Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and assist with enquiries at the clinic

• Handle patient registration, appointment bookings and billing

• Guide patients on using healthcare mobile apps and self-service facilities

• Assist with basic health checks, including height and blood pressure measurements

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily clinic operation
