Operating hours: 7:30am - 6:30pm (10 hour exclusive of 1 hour lunch break - meal is provided)

Salary: $14/hr

Job Scope

·       Attend briefing at the venue

·       Set up the venue before the event

·       Prepare logistics

·       Guide and assist students, parents and guests for the event

·       Movement and set-up of equipment, tables, chairs, stationery, etc.

·       Manage and regulate the movement and flow of students, parents andguests

·       Answering guests’ queries

·       Clearing the venue at the end of event

Requirement

·       Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

·       Able to carry equipment such as chairs, tables, stationery, etc

·       Reliable and prompt in arriving for duty
