Full job description

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable,
• Handle full set of accounts of assigned companies, including monthly, quarterly andannual closing processes

· Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayment and adjustment entries accurately on atimely basis

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations,
• Monitor cash flow and reconcile bank statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Maintain proper filing of documents and records for easy retrieval.
• Accounts payables/receivables reconciliations and other balance sheets
• Reconciliations Prepare and process self-billing invoices for e-invoice compliance, including validationand submissions through the MyInvois portalAssist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, variance analysis andfinancial reports
• Support the compilation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors during thestatutory audit process

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
