Position : B2B Sales Executive (Industrial & Electrical Products)

Location: Oasis Square, No. 2, Jalan PJU 1A/7A, Ara Damansara, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Industry: Consumer FMCG

Employment Type : 12 months contract via PERSOL

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,000 (based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through distributors and channel partners
• Identify and convert new business opportunities into revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors
• Execute channel marketing initiatives and product launch activities
• Promote product awareness and create market demand
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and business reviews
• Manage sales pipeline and opportunities through CRM systems
• Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and market updates
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience managing distributors, dealers, or channel partners
• Possess own vehicle and valid driving license
• Willing to travel for customer visits within Malaysia
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Background

• Engineering or technical background
• Experience selling industrial, electrical, engineering, construction, automation, or MRO products
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or CRM systems
• Experience working in a multinational company
• Exposure to project-based or technical solution selling
